Hi, and thanks for stopping by!

 

I'm Lauren, a Twin Cities-based photographer and creative professional. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where I majored in Photography and Art History while also pursuing various professional endeavors outside of academia.

 

My work has been featured in national, regional, and local exhibitions and publications, and I’ve self-published three books and one magazine. I've also researched and written about the benefits of using photography in art therapy with adolescents.

 

I'm passionate about exploring diverse photographic techniques, from analog to digital, and pushing the boundaries on how we think about traditional photography. My creative approach extends outside of photography, as well, into the ways that I interact with the world around me.

 

I document how I see the world and share that unique perspective in my personal and client-based projects.
